Seeking an Accounts Payable clerk who has up to 3 years' of Peoplesoft experience.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Organizes and processes vendor invoices, matching and batching invoices against orders and receipts.
  • Analyzes and resolves discrepancy invoices and check runs.
  • Monitors daily cash flow. Prepares 1099 forms and electronic files.
  • Enters data, cuts checks and prepares statements.

Organization, accounting principles, detail oriented, dependable, ability to work independent and think outside the box.

Coupa - Purchasing System
SRM/SAP - Purchasing Systems
Accounting Principles Schooling or Work Experience

  • BA or Assoc in Finance or Business-related field
Position Requirements:
  • Requires proficiency with MS Excel and ability to handle high volume with attention to detail.
  • Peoplesoft experience

If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
