Type of hire: Long-term Contract 
Shift: 1st Shift (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an hour for lunch)
Managers Specifications:
  • Support Field Sales Team
  • Handle administrative assignments but more than just an 'admin ' job
  • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and using Skype for meetings.
  • Expense reports, updating org. charts, main point of contact for PowerPoint presentation (data given to you then you have to ensure information matches on presentation and given to appropriate person)
  • Okay with very little travel/overnight conference
  • Manages budget
  • Someone that can take initiative and be flexible
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Position Responsibility:
  • Works with high level of confidentiality
  • Administers policies/procedures within the division
  • Develops and maintains a system for managing assigned duties
  • Prepares, analyzes and selects methods of presenting various data
  • High level of proficiency to capture, analyze and report departmental activity

    If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
