Job Description

Title: Designer – Catia V5 (18-00037)
Location: Northville, MI
Base Compensation: Open and Competitive

Travel: Approximately 20%

Position Responsibilities:
• Use Catia V5 equipment and software to develop new design.
• Creates and revises production drawings (detail and assembly drawings)
• Capable to release drawings utilizing GM'S TeamCenter system.
• Work with prototype shop to develop design
• Support CAE activity for static and dynamic applications
• Create GD&T for drawings and perform Tolerance Stack Up analysis

Position Requirements:
• Education: BSME or equivalent experience
• 1-5 years of prior experience
• 3D Modeling experience utilizing Catia
• 2D Drawing experience familiar with GD&T and Tolerance Stack Up
• Able to utilize GM Teamcenter
• Microsoft Office
