 Summary:
Our client is seeking an Electrical Technician who possesses  5+ years' experience in maintenance and electrical trade activities in a manufacturing environment.
This is  short term contract assignment  with our client who is  one of the world's largest suppliers of automotive interior systems and components including complete seating systems, electronic products and electrical distribution systems

Responsibilities
 
Perform maintenance activities on the following types of equipment:
  • Automated lines, Air compressors, Vacuum equipment, Boilers, Forklifts and other material handling equipment, Conveyors, HVAC equipment, Plumbing and Lighting
  • Process equipment, i.e. frame build fixtures, trim & close fixtures, final build fixtures, etc.
  • In-line testers, OC3 testers o Tooling, i.e. torque tools, hog ring guns, glue equipment, etc.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • In-depth working knowledge of PLC's, programming and troubleshooting skills
 
Requirements
  • Electrician License
  • Certified Electrician and or Journeyman card.
  • 5+ years' experience in maintenance and electrical trade activities in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma/GED and technical education applicable to maintenance required.  
    Ability to perform maintenance activities on the following types of equipment:

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
