Position Summary:
  • Small Japanese supplier seeks Engineering Educated (BSME/BSEE type education) with Automotive Interiors experience to fill this role of Engineering Manager.
  • Experience as Sr. Engineer in Interiors or Program Management could fill this role.
Position Requirements:
  • BS required
  • Headliner experience would be nice, but interiors at minimum
  • Honda and/or Toyota experience (prior working experience with tier1)
  • Must have strong experience with change management
  • Travel infrequent (engineers will mostly support)
  • Experience to manage a small team or the ability/potential to do so in the near future
  • Japanese language skill will be a plus.

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
