Title: Executive Assistant (18-00479)
Location: Warren, MI
Base Compensation: Open and Competitive

Shift: Monday – Friday 8-5
 
Summary:
  • Short Term position for individual on leave, but if individual does not return, there is potential to extend or go direct
  • This individual will be responsible for the administrative support for 1 Executive Director + 3 additional Finance Directors.
 
Position Responsibilities:
  • Executive director is new to the role so he is still winding down his old responsibilities, a large portion of this role will be supporting him in his calendar management
  • Calendaring for other directors
  • Special administrative projects
  • Team is currently moving, assisting in the move logistically
 
Position Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience supporting multiple directors
  • Four Year College degree or equivalent training
  • Agile
  • Flexible
  • Ability to support multiple personalities

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
