Travel Requirements: 75% - domestic and some international (Canada, Brazil and Europe)

Position Responsibilities:
  • Install, test, commission and supervise customer base regarding equipment
  • Troubleshoot, repair, re-program, maintain, and improve production performance of equipment throughout the installed base
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks
  • Complete detailed service reports and accurate expenses
Position Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in field service, integration, and/or manufacturing engineering of automation capitol equipment
  • Ability to perform mechanical, electrical (mechatronics), and pneumatic installation and build of equipment.
  • Microsoft Office experience and other PC-based industrial automation software tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot and make system parameter changes using PLC, HMI, and robotic motion control servo systems. (ABB, Allen Bradley (Rockwell), Beckhoff, FANUC, Omron, Siemens (840D), Yaskawa-Motoman
  • Start-up and debug initial commissioning and final field validation.
  • Ability to lead / supervise contracted labor during installations or as needed.

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
