Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform drivetrain calibration and algorithm confirmation of vehicle at dynamometer and test track
  • Perform vehicle level evaluation at various environmental conditions and monitor marketing feedback
  • Research and benchmark powertrain systems and controls.
  • Diagnose drivetrain issue.
  • Perform market quality analysis and create countermeasures,
  • Document/develop R&D report, book of knowledge, standard work procedure and related tools,
  • Maintain project schedule, including test vehicle plans between different engineers & groups

Position Requirements:
  • Understanding of vehicle powertrain component/system
  • Experience of project management.
  • 1-3 years' experience with MATLAB/Simulink and/or any other program language
  • Strong problem solving and root cause analysis.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electric Engineering

If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
