Title: IT Project Coordinator (18-00125)
Location: Plano, TX
Pay Rate: $35-41/hr.

Position Responsibility:
  • Developing and distributing reports derived from from a variety of project, financial and vendor management systems. Reports include status of contract reviews and approvals, Contract Deliverables Status, Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting, Purchase Order Status and Invoice Status
  • Using moderately complex Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting
  • Coordinating vendor Purchase Order (POs), invoices and payment and resolving issues with those POs, invoices and payments
  • Assisting with managing contract reviews and approvals
  • Assisting with tracking, monitoring and managing vendor SLAs and credits associated with those SLAs
  • Monitoring contract deliverables and managing deliverable reviews and approvals
  • Systems Administration of various project and vendor management systems
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor degree and 2-5 years of IT Procurement, IT Vendor Management, IT Project Management, or IT Project Coordinator experience (3-5 years of experience without a degree)
  • Understanding of vendor management concepts and contract terms like Service Level Agreements, payment terms and contract types
  • Experience in managing Purchase Orders, invoices and vendor payments
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts like accruals, amortization and taxes
  • High attention to detail
  • High-level understanding of IT terms and concepts
  • Mid-level Excel skills with the ability to develop reports including pivot tables, conditional formatting and complex formulas
  • Mid-level PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent self-organization skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with working with senior level personnel
  • SAP, JIRA, or Ariba experience is desired
  • Experience with working in a multi-site or global company desired
