Position Responsibilities:
  • Meet all plant safety goals and policies
  • Develop manufacturing plans for various assembly lines to manufacture and deliver right part at the right time.
  • Monitor daily customer/supplier schedule and develop recovery plans as needed
  • Monitor FG container to match run plans
  • Develop daily /weekly/monthly schedule attainment reports and drive improvements with mfg.
  • Work with engineering and material analyst on engineering changes
  • Maintain accurate inventory records including excess and obsolescence
  • Set-up parameters within the ERP scheduling system (PLEX)
  • Work with customer and internal logistics to develop transportation plans
  • Monitor material storage areas for proper housekeeping
  • Understand and work within the local contract agreement
  • Support, review, and update department procedures
  • Participate in new program launches
  • Publish schedules and reports as required

Position Requirements:
  • Prior manufacturing plant experience
  • Prior material scheduling experience using ERP system
  • Prior logistics experience
  • Material packaging experience
  • Associates Degree

If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
