Summary:

OEM client seeking a Corporate Payroll Garnishment Administrator who possesses a minimum of 5 years of garnishment experience and can handle a higher volume.
The Corporate Payroll Garnishment Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of garnishment/court order preparation.
This is a long term contract assignment with our client who is one of the world's largest suppliers of automotive interior systems and components including complete seating systems, electronic products and electrical distribution systems.

Major responsibilities:
  • Processing the garnishment/court orders for the entire U.S. salary and hourly population.
  • Responding timely to interrogatories, set up of garnishment/court order within PeopleSoft and JBA, processing of payments and mailing of checks.
  • Audits the garnishment process to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
  • Processes garnishments/court order as received.
  • Maintains garnishment set up and withholding within PeopleSoft and JBA.
  • Process garnishment payments.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of relevant payroll experience
  • PeopleSoft HRIS/payroll system
  • Garnishment and court order laws and requirements
  • Sarbanes-Oxley Sect PeopleSoft HRIS/payroll system
  • Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have the ability to take good notes and retain information when being trained.
?EDUCATION
An Associate's degree in Accounting or General Business or Certified Payroll Professional is preferred

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
