Position Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead prototype evaluations (Serviceability, Water leak and Wire harness routing).
  • Conduct drawing reviews during drawing stage activities proposing structure countermeasures to meet Toyota Standard
  • Work with prototype technicians to complete digital evaluations and physical vehicle evaluations
  • Issue design change requests, negotiate changes, confirm changes and close issues throughout development.
Position Requirements:
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
  • High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual or difficult
  • Understanding of vehicle structure and related manufacturing processes (stamping, welding, painting and assembly).
  • Knowledge of 3-D CAD systems and spatial geometry, CATIA preferred.
Required Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline
  • 5 years' experience in engineering discipline
  • Will consider new hire with strong co-op/intern experience

If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
