Position Summary:
Seeking a Quality Resident Engineer with experience in wiring harness, installation and basic electrical rework.
This is a direct position with our client who is one of the world's largest suppliers of automotive interior systems and components including complete seating systems, electronic products and electrical distribution systems.

Position Responsibilities:
Wire harness related duties
•Provide support / analysis of warranty repairs performed in the Client facility
•Participate in Quality Review teams to define and implement effective Corrective Action Plans.
•Participate in Quality Reviews for product and supplier integrity

• Experience in wiring harness, installation and basic electrical rework
KSK methodology - ( This is a methodology used by some European car makers where cars are built by specific modules instead of the traditional US mass production, example, under KSK any car is the same, while in USA, lot of cars are the same, same characteristics, in KSK cars are customized.
Administration of a rework center.
•Liaison experience.

If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
