Travel Expectations: 20% - primarily to U.S. Plants with possible travel to Mexico.

Position Summary:
The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for leading the FCA account. You will be the customer interface representing our brand, products and services. This role will also include, leading the development of strategies for growth, relationship building and commercial issues. The Sr. Account Manager is an active member of the Sales and Marketing Team.
 
Must-haves:
  • Must have managed an FCA account within the last 5 years
  • Working knowledge of FCA practices and procedures from a relevant tier 1 supplier, relevant sales experience in a tier 1 auto supplier.
  • Experience with Nissan, Toyota, Honda (FCA is primary account)
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in automotive sector
  • Customer focus, results orientation, accountable, great communication skills
  • Negotiation experience
  • Engineer experience, sales experience, launch experience
  • Relevant product experience (interiors, and/or closure systems, etc.)
 
GTA Questions:
  1. Have you previously managed or oversaw an FCA account within the last 5 years?  If so, can you provide additional details on the account milestones you contributed to?
  2. Do you have prior experience with interior or closure systems? If so, what specific components?
  3. What is the highest level of education you have completed? Which field of study is this degree in and from which university did you graduate?
  4. Are you currently working? If not, when was your last day of employment?
  5. Can you please list why you left or why you are looking to leave your most recent employer?
  6. What is your 'acceptable and 'ideal base compensation for this position? We would like to make sure we don't price you out of consideration, but you know what the numbers are that you need (Please Do Not put negotiable)
  7. When would you be available to interview and start this position, if selected?
  8. If you currently do not live near the job location and the commute is too far for you, are you willing and able to relocate at your own expense?
