Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator who will be responsible for researching, evaluating and resolving IT problems.
The ideal candidate will possess experience as an AS400 Operator.
This is long term contract assignment with our client who is one of the world's largest suppliers of automotive interior systems and components including complete seating systems, electronic products and electrical distribution systems

• AS400 Operator functions.
• Network troubleshooting.
• Hardware / software troubleshooting.
• Backup & Restore – EMC Avamar
• Printer Support – Client, Ricoh, Zebra.
• Scanner Support – Client Symbol, wired & wireless, 1D & 2D

• iTera High Availability subsystem
• Microsoft Office Applications.
• Windows 7 and Windows 10.
• Windows Server 2008 and 2012.
• Microsoft Active Directory.
• Virtualization (VMware a plus).
• IT Compliance – Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley & ITPM.
• Problem Solving Skills - Ability to independently research, evaluate and resolve IT problems
• Excellent people skills, including good verbal (Telephone, Radio) and written (Email, Reporting) communications skills.

Please note that if you are a current GTA employee or have been placed by GTA at one of our clients, we will not be able to entertain moving you. If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
