Title: Engineering Lighting Safety Manager

Type of Hire: Direct / Permanent

  • This Systems Manager - Cybersecurity position will play a key role in defining and managing the ISO 26262 related activities for the many multiple ECU's, such as Body Control's. 
  • Also, responsible supporting and defining the development process according to ISO 26262,  cybersecurity, and ASPICE standards.
Position Responsibility:
  • Support, Functional Safety global team and security team in defining and improving the company wide ISO 26262 and security processes at software, hardware and system level.
  • Reports the progress of functional safety activities to the management and – in case of need - escalates critical issues to the management.
  • Support software and hardware Safety Analysis, design FMEDA, FTA and System level DFMEA's.
  • Assures that safety process is observed on projects (also applies to suppliers and subcontractors).
  • Responsible for creating the safety concept for multiple ECU's, such as Body Controls and other ECU's.
  • Responsible for discussing the Design Interface Agreement(DIA) with the customer.
  • Responsible for approving the CR's through Safety CCB ( Change Control Board) by following the Safety DRBFM( Design Review  Based on Failure Mode) process.

Qualifications include:
  • BS degree in Computers/Electrical/Mechanical.
  • A minimum of currently active FSCAE/AFSP certification.
  • Experience with Products Development Life Cycle (Systems, Software)
  • Familiarity with development in the embedded environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • FSCAC/FSCAM/AFSE certification preferred
  • Experience in Software Quality and process ( e.g., ASPICE, CMMI, IATF16949)
  • Experience in cyber security process
  • Knowledge of Requirements Management tools ( e.g., DOORS)
