POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Needed to support D&IS team on several efforts including but not limited to:
    project support like JBOSS migration, RT ops transition, Real User implementation, Tech Kanban, problem coordination process improvement, AWS security policy and cost optimization reporting, coordinate with 3rd party vendors (e.g. Imperva, AWS, Microsoft, Neustar, OpenText, etc.) RCA kaizen support, monthly report generation, etc.
  • Will be used to support on communications, presentations, tracking, AWS administration, analysis, scrum support, etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Knowledgeable in project management methodologies and comes with a strong background in programming and database management
  • Expertise in Scrum Methodology and Agile.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in a team-oriented environment.
  • Leadership qualities, particularly in collaboratively moving stakeholders to common vision and decisions
  • Effective management skills in setting direction, building effective teams and driving them to meet objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interface with people at all levels of the organization; technical and business sponsors to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong development technology education desirable (requirements, architecture, development, application management, maintenance, operations)
  • Manage regular communication with management and tailor communication for various level accordingly
  • Ability to keep the team on track and manage risks efficiently

PREFERRED EDUCATION:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management or other related discipline
  • Project Management training, such as PMP is preferred
  • Scrum master certification or equivalent is preferred

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
