Hours: 2nd Shift: starts at 1:30 pm 3rd Shift: starts at 10 pm
Base Compensation: $24/hr + .25 cent shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift (time in a half paid after 40 hours and double time on Sundays)

Position Responsibilities:
  • Die Mold Maker with mold making and repair experience
  • Ability to repair, modify and perform preventative maintenance on plastic injection molds
  • Knowledge of large tonnage, hot runner and valve gated molds
  • Fabricate tools, fixtures, molds and other components in supporting manufacturing

Position Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent mold making experience or equivalent in a manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of all areas of Machine Shop Theory and Practice
  • Ability to work from blueprints, 3D models, and verbal instructions from supervisors
  • Able to work any shift
  • Able to work overtime
  • Provide own tools
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to pass employment testing, physical/medical requirements, substance test and background check.

If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
