Summary:
This position is a variable workforce / contingent position in the Vendor & Asset Management (V&AM) group within the TMNA OCIO.  This role will provide critical coordination for procurement, contract quality, V&AM projects and support and engage in interactions with Toyota Team Members, TMNA business areas and vendors.
 
Responsibilities:
•         Development, management, creation and distribution of reports and data from a variety of project, financial and vendor and procurement management systems. Reports include status of contract reviews and approvals, Contract Deliverables Status, Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting, Purchase Order Status and Invoice Status. 
•         Using moderately complex Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills for reporting.
•         Coordinating vendor Purchase Order (POs), invoices and payment and resolving issues with those POs, invoices and payments.
•         Input and creation of Procurement requests via TMNA Procurement system and review, and management of contract reviews for quality and approvals.
•         Systems Administration of various project and vendor management systems.
 
Requirements:
•         Excellent self-organization and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a multi-site global company.
•         Two to five years' experience in Procurement and Vendor Management preferably within Information Technology with an understanding of vendor management concepts, and contract terms such as SLAs, payment term, and contract types.
•         Experience with Microsoft Office applications and tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint etc.) with the ability to develop, and improve reports with analysis reporting including pivot tables, conditional formatting and complex formulas.
•         Understanding of IT areas, services, terms and concepts
•         Experience in managing Purchase Orders, invoices and vendor payments.
•         Understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts like budget planning, accruals, amortization and taxes
•         Bachelor degree preferred in Business Management or related education.
•         Project Management, or IT Project Coordinator experience a plus.
•         SAP, JIRA, Coupa, ServiceNow and Ariba experience is desired
