(This will be primarily 2nd shift but the preference would be someone who can work any shift)

Our client is seeking a Welding Supervisor who possesses at least 2 years experience and is available to work any shift but primarily 2nd shift.

  • Develop and maintains a weld matrix for tracking the weld process provides documentation of weld process for the weld applications group validates the sizing of the weld equipment for each application manage and direct hourly employees including time keeping and authorizing pay of employees
  • Check procedures and equipment to ensure conformance to operation instruction sheets and comply with established priorities and schedules order and maintain adequate inventory of the following materials: tools required to support production consumable materials required to support production consumable materials required to support predictive maintenance materials required to support corrective maintenance materials in supporting of engineering projects write, implement
  • Amend as necessary plant operating procedures for manufacturing and facilities equipment.
Mandatory Skills:
2 years plus in experience

If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms
